Allocations (Property Lettings) Team Leader Role Title: Allocations (Property Lettings) Team Leader Hours : 35 hours per week, Monday-Friday Salary : £34,957 to £43,696 per annum plus a Car Allowance of £2,272 per annum (salary offered dependent on experience) Location: Dartford, Kent, (agile working, offering flexibility between home and our Dartford office), with travel to local offices and homes as needed. Contract: Permanent As one of two Allocations Team Leaders, you’ll play a key role in guiding and managing the Allocations team to deliver a smooth and efficient customer experience for new and existing customers moving in and out of our homes. What we’re looking for? We’re looking for someone experienced in managing the allocations and property lettings processes in a housing association or similar setting, who understands how to deliver a property lettings service that’s both efficient and customer focussed. You’ll work closely with our Empty Homes team (responsible for void works in our relet homes), to remove barriers and meet joint targets for key-to-key relet times. Your experience working alongside development teams will help ensure that new build homes are let quickly once handed over. With your strong line management experience, you’ll work with your peers to lead a high-performing team to consistently meet and exceed KPIs, and you’ll proactively support the development of your team members. You’ll help maintain a positive and professional team culture, where continuous service improvement is encouraged and embraced. In this role you’ll be ensuring our homes are let quickly and compliantly in line with policy and regulation, including Health and Safety compliance, as well as supporting regular reporting. You’ll collaborate with colleagues and partners to achieve targets, deliver customer satisfaction and minimise financial loss.
