We are thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for a Specialist Provision Teacher to join a dedicated educational institution. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about empowering children with diverse and complex special educational needs (SEND) to reach their full potential.
About the Role: As a Specialist Provision Teacher, you will work in a specialised unit where class sizes are small, allowing for personalised support tailored to each student’s unique needs. You will be part of a supportive team, backed by an experienced senior leadership group and collaborative staff members. Pay is £180 daily, paid weekly. School hours are 8:30am - 15:30pm.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Design and implement innovative teaching strategies that cater to students with additional and complex SEND.
2. Foster an inclusive and engaging classroom environment that encourages growth and learning.
3. Inspire and challenge students to excel in their educational journey.
4. Collaborate closely with a dedicated team to enhance learning experiences.
Ideal Candidate:
1. Proven experience in adapting teaching methods for students with SEND.
2. Strong reflective practice focused on continuous improvement.
