MAB processes millions of pounds worth of transactions every week, where you’ll be part of a dynamic team to support our key firms with excellent customer service and delivering at pace.Key Responsibilities
* Process and reconcile commissions payments, including weekly imports of commission statements.
* Deal with various insurance providers and lenders on a daily basis.
* Effectively resolve email and banking queries in a timely manner.
* Handle telephone queries in a professional manner.
* Input information into relevant systems.
