Business Development Manager
The Role of Business Development Manager – Electronic Components : As Business Development Manager for the UK but with a focus on targeting customers across southern England and Wales, you will be tasked with growing sales of their high quality but competitively priced range of electronic components. The customer base will be tier 1 and 2 manufacturers of electronics, suppling into OEMs across a wide range of sectors such as military, consumer appliances, aerospace and industrial. This is a consultative process, so you will only be making 6-8 customer visits per week. The role is an even split of account management and new business development and there is superb support for your business development activities from their marketing team, extensively populated CRM system and regular incoming leads.

For the position of Business Development Manager – Electronic Components, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
* Must have sold electronic components to relevant markets / customers
* Must be well sales trained and have a proven track record of hitting targets
* Tenacious with a consultative / problem solving approach to selling
* Must be well presented, professional and ambitious to grow your career
* Able to spend the occasional night away from home
* Driving licence
Benefits of this Business Development Manager – Electronic Components:
* £50,000 - £70,000 base salary DOE, plus uncapped monthly commission
* Plug in hybrid SUV company car
* Early finish on Fridays
