The Administrator role involves supporting the wider team with administrative duties alongside answering all incoming calls and monitoring the in-house email inbox. Salary: Up to £27,000 Full time office based Parking available Administrator responsibilities: Assisting the wider team with all general administrative functions Monitoring the in-house email inbox, directing messages as required Answering all calls, taking messages, and transferring to the relevant departments Acting as first point of contact for all new enquiries Carrying out minute taking duties during meetings Opening and distributing all post Ordering stationery and maintaining the in-house filing system Administrator skills/competencies: Experience within a similar role desirable Excellent communication skills both written and verbal IT proficiency including MS Word and Excel Apply today
