Recording, editing mixing and mastering the content created. Develop and support creative visions and development processes for new audio/music experiences/programs from ideation to execution. Develop unique and out-of-the box instrumental music experiences. May be called upon to provide Music Direction. Support the production and post-production of audio/music for a variety of shows and experiences as well as choosing repertoire across programs. Work collaboratively with other members of the Land, Sea and Design talent, and project management teams. Create close partnerships across the company to work as a cohesive team and identify new opportunities for growth. Management Vet and contract outside musicians, creatives & studios and manage the audio production process for each project. Oversee and coordinate recording and mixing in the music studio facility. Support development of arrangements, managing recording sessions, voice over work, and all other creative audio needs across experiences. Coordinate and manage scheduling with on-site management. Provide administrative support for the producer, directors and other production personnel. Install & Organization Travel on site to install audio content and audio design to client’s specifications. Organizing the companies file storage solutions relating to audio and music material and documentation. Qualifications BA or BFA in Music Composition, Music and Audio, Sound, Music Technology, Music Direction or comparable work experience. Performance or management experience in multiple genres of instrumental and/or vocal music. Knowledge of Pro Tools, Logic, Ableton and postproduction plugins and software essential. Knowledge in Time Code, Q-Lab, Finale, Sibelius or scoring software is a plus. Have a vast knowledge of popular music repertoire. Knowledge of classical and jazz repertoire a plus. Knowledge of acoustic and electric instruments for production. Knowledge of recording studios and processes. Have a strong understanding of recording and mixing techniques. Strong musical gear and equipment knowledge required. Experience developing or working with custom out-of-the box instruments. Strong interpersonal skills and outstanding attention to detail. Independent worker with capacity for multi-tasking. Advanced written and v erbal communication skills. Must be proficient in Excel and MS Office applications. A flexible schedule allowing for approximately up to 40% international travel.
