Our reputable client is seeking an IT Service Desk Analyst to join their friendly team.

The successful candidate will be based at my client’s office in Reigate, with some local travel in Surrey to Education customers.
Day-to-day Responsibilities:
1. Manage all incidents and customer requests from receipt to resolution and closure.
2. Ensure service level agreement standards are met.
3. Resolve incidents escalated from the 1st line support team.
4. Promptly complete any admin paperwork and documentation.
5. Keep accurate records of all site information using IT Service Management tools.
6. Promote best practices and adhere to the change control process.
7. Accurately plan and organise your working week.
8. Review scorecard weekly with Team Lead & Manager.
Experience Required (not all essential):
1. A minimum of 12 months of commercial experience in an IT Support role.
2. Cloud technologies: 365, Azure, SharePoint, OneDrive.
3. Configuring & maintaining devices with Microsoft Endpoint Management.
4. Willingness to travel to customer sites within Surrey.
5. Flexibility with work hours; the successful candidate will take part in an extended support rota.
6. Experience of working with and supporting a range of information technologies.
It is essential for the successful candidate to own a vehicle, as you will be required to visit customer sites locally.
