Competitive salary of £90K - £100K DOE excellent benefits Work on high-value property sector projects Opportunities for career progression within a prestigious global consultancy A dynamic and collaborative work environment The Role: Lead the cost management of M&E services for various property projects, from inception through to completion Procurement, tendering, and contract administration (NEC & JCT contracts) Provide value engineering, cost reporting, and financial analysis to ensure projects are delivered within budget Stakeholder management including clients, contractors, and design teams Mentor and develop junior surveyors while providing oversight to ensure quality and efficiency What We’re Looking For: Extensive experience as an M&E Quantity Surveyor in the property sector Strong knowledge of NEC & JCT contracts Proven track record in cost control, budgeting, and value engineering Degree in Quantity Surveying, M&E Engineering, or related field (MRICS preferred) Interested?
