* Key Responsibilities:
* Act as the first line of escalation for technical support issues within the Service Co-ordination team.
* Support the Service Delivery Manager in identifying training needs for Engineers.
* Closing jobs in a manner that justifies costs incurred to both external and internal customers (including warranty).
* Initiate and quote for any additional repairs highlighted from Engineer reports or machine workshop inspections.
