We are currently looking for an experienced Technical Support Analyst to help provide technical support across an entire IT estate, for a company that is morally green and looking to make an impact on the world in a big way.
Some of the main responsibilities are:
* Diagnose and troubleshoot complex hardware, software, and network issues reported.
* Collaborate with other IT teams, such as infrastructure, business applications, and the data team to resolve complex technical issues and ensure smooth delivery.
* Document all support activities, including incident details, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions, in the ticketing system.
* Contribute to the development and maintenance of knowledge base articles and support documentation, adopting ITIL processes and procedures.
The successful applicant will have experience in the below:
* 3+ years as 3rd Line/Infrastructure Engineering.
* 3 years’ significant experience in a 2nd or 3rd line technical support role.
* Significant experience of working with Windows, macOS, and Android, Microsoft Intune, Azure, and O365.
* Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals.
