Description We are seeking a highly skilled Paid Media Digital Marketer with demonstrated expertise in Google and Amazon advertising to join our dynamic digital marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing paid media campaigns for our 1P and 3P categories of products across multiple platforms to drive traffic, increase brand awareness, and maximize ROI. Your deep understanding of digital advertising strategies in acquisition and retention campaigns will be essential in leveraging data-driven insights to enhance campaign performance. JOB DUTIES: Responsibilities may shift or change priority based on evolving project needs, but will likely include: Drive campaigns for owned and third-party brands through Google Plan, create, and launch Google Ads campaigns across various networks (Search, Display, Shopping, Video, etc.) Define campaign goals, target audiences, budgets, and bidding strategies. Partner to ensure ad copy compelling and design visually appealing. Conduct thorough keyword research to identify relevant search terms. Analyze search trends and competitor activity. Build and manage keyword lists, including negative keywords. Optimize keyword bids and match types to improve ad relevance and quality score. Set up conversion tracking and implement necessary tags. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) like impressions, clicks, conversions, cost per click (CPC), and return on ad spend (ROAS) Conduct A/B testing to optimize ad performance. Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments. Collaborate with web development and design teams to create effective landing pages. Ensure landing pages are optimized for conversions. Test different landing page elements to improve performance. Set and manage advertising budgets effectively. Allocate budget across different campaigns and channels. Forecast ad spend and monitor budget pacing. Configure and maintain ecommerce site platform and marketplace storefront settings to optimize site operations and functionality. Configure, maintain and validate pricing across platforms and storefronts. YOU MUST HAVE: Digital Marketing experience 2 years working with Google Ads Working knowledge of Google Ads Manager, LinkedIn Navigator, Meta Business Suite Experience creating, implementing, and measuring proven demand capture, creation and retention WE VALUE: Google Ads Manager certification is highly desired Proficiency in data analysis and familiarity of analytics tools (GA4, Google Ads Reporting, Sprout Social Reporting, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Business Suite) Comfortable operating in an evolving landscape and matrixed environment with a high degree of autonomy and accountability Interested in distribution, Demand Generation Digital Experience, Digital Marketing/Demand Generation or Customer Experience Data-driven and detail oriented with a focus on delivering high value optimisations to ensure KPI achievement Strong experience of multi-campaign management and support delivery across multiple functions Experience in project management tools is highly desired Revenue focused mindset NICE TO HAVE: Ability to speak another language WHAT IS IN IT FOR YOU: Potential introduction for a future permanent role when available.
