The ideal candidate must have:
Experience in selling IT staffing solutions in the UK primarily contingent staffing in private & public sector.
Proven track record of sales growth & generating revenue for the company across the UK region.
Experience & willingness to work as a standalone & hands on sales professional.
Experience in researching new business markets and commercial success in executing Business Development strategy and finding profitable new revenue stream.
Strong strategic mindset and problem-solving skills
Ability to facilitate discussions to resolve conflicting processes, content, opinions.
Experience in delivering and achieving/exceeding targets and KPIs on a regular basis.
You must have the desire to work as a go getter and thrive for challenges with a can-do attitude.
Willingness to travel extensively throughout the UK for client meeting & developing new business.
Must have experience in successfully managing the internal & external stakeholders and meeting their expectations.
Responsibilities
The applicant will be responsible for creating a road map as a standalone & hands on sales professional generating new business for the company and managing their own developed accounts.
Focussed on developing new business client’s and generating revenue for the company.
Generating sales & revenue for the company in business of IT Staffing in the UK region
Discuss the sales strategy with the operational & functional heads before it’s execution & implementation.
Opening a new line of business for the company by generating new end client’s.
Develop and maintain a long-lasting and mutually beneficial working relationships with the client’s.
Responsible for operating through your own sales database & senior network of industry professionals for generating the new business development & revenue for the company.
