Business Development Manager – Digital Care Solutions

Role Overview
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for generating and converting new business opportunities while maintaining strong client relationships. This role requires a consultative sales approach, industry expertise, and the ability to present solutions effectively to stakeholders at all levels within the healthcare sector.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage and maintain accurate opportunity tracking data and quarterly forecasts.
2. Work towards individual and team sales targets, driving new business growth.
3. Actively generate and nurture leads, identifying opportunities to expand the client base.
4. Represent the company as a trusted advisor, demonstrating product and sector expertise.
5. Meet with prospective clients, deliver product demonstrations, and present tailored solutions.
6. Attend industry events, networking opportunities, and sector-specific conferences.
7. Draft procurement documentation, including RFIs and tenders.
8. Foster long-term client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
9. Collaborate closely with implementation, customer success, and finance teams to deliver a seamless client experience.
Candidate Profile
1. Minimum of three years of SaaS sales experience with a proven track record of success.
2. Experience in the healthcare sector or a strong personal connection to the industry.
3. Ambitious, results-driven, and confident in managing complex sales cycles.
4. Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
5. Highly organised, detail-oriented, and methodical in approach.
6. Proficiency in CRM systems and the Microsoft Office suite.
7. A full UK driving licence is required.
