The Role
As Head of IT and Facilities, you will play a key role in supporting teams across Trivallis to deliver a first-class IT function to our stakeholders. We want to be an organisation that is easy to do business with, one that puts technology at the centre of how we deliver customer-centric services.
Working closely with colleagues from different departments, you will lead on the development and maintenance of our IT infrastructure, networks and cyber security, support desk and facilities arrangements ensuring we are operating as effectively and as safely as possible, helping us drive the business forward using technology as a key enabler.
About You
You will be technically competent and will have extensive experience of developing and delivering IT services and will be familiar with the latest technologies and developments in areas such as cyber security. An experienced team manager, you will help drive our performance whilst being rooted in our values. You will be able to translate complex technical issues into clear language and communicate effectively with stakeholders across our organisation.
