Job Opportunity: HR and Admin Officer

We are representing a dynamic charity that is seeking a versatile and proactive HR and Admin
Officer to join its team.
Location:
Hybrid working arrangement including Bridgwater and Taunton office, home-based flexibility and visits to various locations.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide professional and efficient business support across various functions.
Act as the first point of contact for HR administration queries.
Administer and maintain business systems ensuring data accuracy and generating reports.
Support planning and execution of projects, events and business initiatives.
Supervise and lead a small administrative team.
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in a similar HR support role demonstrating strong administrative skills.
Comprehensive understanding of HR processes including employee lifecycle management and administration.
Proficient in using business systems for data management, workflow automation and report generation.
Advanced IT skills with a strong working knowledge of Office 365 applications such as Excel, Word, Outlook and Teams.
Excellent communication skills with experience engaging effectively with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience managing or supervising teams and encouraging collaboration.
Benefits Include:
Competitive salary: £27,010 - £28,101 (full-time, 37 hours per week).
Generous holiday entitlement ( 27 plus Bhols) including additional 5 days leave after 5 years of service.
