Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Support Advisor to join our team on a temporary basis to cover Maternity Leave. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in taking ownership of customer orders and enquiries from receipt through to completion via phone and email. This position requires excellent customer service and organisational skills, and for someone with the ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
Responsibilities
* Deliver excellent service to customers.
* Provide support to the sales team, ensuring customer requirements are satisfied to the best possible conclusion.
* Process sales orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery of products to customers.
* Liaise with customers to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide updates.
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and effective query resolution.
Skills
* Outstanding customer service ethos.
* Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
* Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software desirable.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
* Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to tasks.
* Previous experience in a sales/customer service support role is advantageous.
