Location: Hybrid – minimum 2 days per week, site based in Oxfordshire Full time, Fixed Term for 7 months Salary: £24,000 Per annum We are currently recruiting for 2x Talent Acquisition Administrators on a fixed term basis for 7 months. The roles will be responsible for screening candidates, processing and completion of vetting security clearances and various other recruitment administration support. Key duties include (but are not limited to): Handle vetting enquiries from stakeholders which includes Serco Vetting team, candidates and contract Provide ad-hoc administrative support to the TA Team including CV sifting, telephone screening and interview scheduling Will be expected to perform basic office duties as demanded by the job role which includes working with a database / spreadsheet, responding to communications,, recording and despatching them in a timely manner. Provide excellent customer service on all administrative guidance on transactional and recruitment related queries. Work with sensitive data in line with data protection legislation and support GDPR compliance; due to the important and sensitive data, must act with probity and integrity at all times Demonstrate a high level of empathy and patience using the customer first approach. What you'll need to do the role: Due to the nature of this role, we are seeking candidates who have demonstrable experience working in a administrative role, experience with security & vetting requirements would be high advantageous. You'll be highly organised, detail orientated and comfortable dealing with a variety of tasks in a high volume, fast paced working environment. You'll be speaking with candidates and with other members of the team daily, so you'll need confidence and professionalism as well as excellent communication skills. We use a variety of online tools and technology, so you’ll be happy working with Office 365 applications and other platforms. Why Join Us?
