We have an exciting opportunity for a Business & Data Manager to join the team at HMP Leeds, a category B male prison located in Leeds city centre. We have a free onsite car park, as well as excellent public transport links.
This is a fantastic opportunity to lead the entire Admin function, including the Admin Team Manager, plus 6 Admin staff. This role would be perfect for a data focussed individual, with a keen eye for detail who wants to move into management, or build on their experience of leading a team!

Hours: This is a full time role, working 37.5 hours per week. Shifts are Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 16:00.
Salary: This position is full time, you'll receive an annual salary of between £34,500 - £38,500 per annum - depending on experience.

Main duties of the job
As our new Business & Data Manager, your responsibilities will include:
* Having responsibility for the entire Admin function onsite providing line management and leadership to the team
* Be a key part of the onsite Senior Leadership Team (SLT)
* Ensure that services are being delivered efficiently and effectively, to the highest possible standard
* Be responsible for data and reporting for the healthcare team using SystmOne and Excel
* Manage effective, patient centred services, including clinical administration
* Work with other service lines, including Primary Care, Substance Misuse and Mental Health
* Supporting the Head of Healthcare as necessary

Person Specification
Our new Business & Data Manager will ideally have:
* Previous management or leadership experience - this isn't essential, although experience managing a team would be beneficial
* A passion for all things data - data is a day to day part of this role, so you must be used to working with large quantities of data and reporting on this
* The ability to delegate effectively
* Any experience using SystmOne would be beneficial
* Good IT skills, including MS Office
