You don't need to already be a Head of CRM, this position could suit a CRM Manager looking to step up and shape a leadership role.
What you'll do in the role.
As head of CRM, you'll be a key player on the senior leadership team. You’ll work closely with clients and collaborate with editorial and design teams to deliver cutting-edge CRM campaigns that drive real business outcomes.
Your expertise in email marketing, automation, personalisation, and data analysis will help elevate customer communications. From crafting email journeys to optimizing customer interactions, you'll ensure that every touchpoint delivers maximum impact and value. You’ll lead a small team of CRM and content specialists.
Skills we're looking for.
* 4 to 5 years' experience in CRM, ideally within a marketing or media agency.
* Expertise in email marketing, with a solid understanding of HTML email creation and CRM platforms.
* Strong analytical skills, with a data-driven approach to planning and decision-making.
* Excellent project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
* Experience in leading and mentoring teams, with a focus on developing talent and delivering results.
* A strong understanding of CRM metrics and KPIs, and the ability to present insights to clients and stakeholders.
The Package.
* Salary of £50,000 per annum.
* 25 days paid holiday per year (plus bank holidays).
* Hybrid working: 2 days in the office in central Bristol (next to Temple Meads station), with flexibility for remote work on other days.
