We’re Hiring: Part-Time Sales & Client Success Pro (25 hrs/week)
£25,000 + uncapped commission | Hybrid (mostly remote with minimum one monthly office day in Whitstable, Kent)
UK-based only | Right to work in the UK required | 25 hours negotiable (e.g. Mon–Fri 9:30–2:30, or adjust and take Fridays off)

We’re No Fluff, a well-known name in the international education sector. We help schools and agencies get more enrolments with less faff, using proven, practical sales support (and a lot of good humour). Now we need a sharp, proactive part-time person to help us grow—someone who doesn’t wait to be told what to do, but just does it.
What you’ll be doing:
* Building and managing your own pipeline
* Booking and holding at least 5 virtual client meetings each week
* Using phone, video, email, and WhatsApp to create real conversations—not just sending out fluff
* Representing No Fluff at industry events (optional travel)
* Upselling, cross-selling, and supporting client renewals
* Listening to clients, gathering feedback, and turning it into referrals and testimonials
* Occasionally calling international clients outside typical hours, but mainly working UK office hours
Delivery & Internal Work
* Keeping the CRM up to date (we use HubSpot—experience here is a plus)
* Managing your own activity and reporting clearly on progress (templates, targets and support provided)
* Sharing your insights and contributing ideas to the wider team
* Spotting new opportunities and suggesting smart next steps
This role is for you if you:
* Have minimum 12+ months B2B sales or client-facing experience - can you prove you hit targets?
* Know what a pipeline is and have built/managed your own
* Have used a CRM before (HubSpot experience ideal)
* Are confident picking up the phone and leading a conversation
* Are proactive, polite, and persistent
* Enjoy working independently
* Get excited by commission and helping clients succeed
* Prefer your wins to be measurable and your work to be meaningful
What you’ll get:
* £25,000 salary for 25 hours/week
* Uncapped commission based on targets
* Hybrid working: mostly remote, with minimum one monthly office day in Whitstable, Kent (more at the start for training)
* Flexibility over which 4-5 days you work (as long as it covers core UK office hours)
