JOB PURPOSE
The Marketing Executive will play a crucial role in driving the company's growth through both inbound and outbound marketing efforts. You'll be responsible for creating lead-generating campaigns, managing a variety of tasks from content creation to campaign execution, and working closely with sales teams and external partners to ensure the success of these initiatives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and manage marketing campaigns aimed at generating high-quality leads for the sales team. Utilise both inbound and outbound strategies to build a strong pipeline of prospects. - Plan, execute, and oversee marketing campaigns across multiple channels (email, social media, PPC). Regularly monitor performance and make adjustments to improve results. - Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals. Coordinate with external agencies, designers, and other vendors to ensure smooth execution of campaigns. - Oversee the company’s presence on social media platforms, ensuring consistent messaging and proactive engagement to build the brand and drive traffic. - Help organize and promote events such as webinars, trade shows, and networking opportunities. Assist with event logistics and post-event follow-ups to maximize lead generation. - Analyse campaign performance, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and report on the effectiveness of marketing efforts. Use data insights to make informed decisions and optimize future campaigns. - Conduct research on market trends, competitors, and customer needs to inform marketing strategy and ensure the company’s messaging stays relevant and competitive. - Monitor website traffic and SEO performance. Work to improve site visibility and ensure that the website converts visitors into qualified leads for the sales team. - Maintain and enhance the company’s brand by ensuring all marketing activities, messaging, and materials are consistent and aligned with company values and objectives. - Operate marketing functions under an agreed and specific budget. Compile and negotiate an annual marketing budget in line with the anticipated needs of the business.

REQUIREMENTS
To be considered as a Marketing Executive, you will need:
- At least 3 years of B2B marketing experience, with a focus on digital marketing, lead generation, and multi-channel campaigns. Demonstrated success in creating and managing marketing strategies across multiple platforms. - Exceptional writing skills with experience producing blogs, case studies, newsletters, and social media content. Able to create compelling, audience-tailored messaging for various marketing channels. Fluent in English written and verbal. - Proven ability to design, execute, and measure marketing campaigns. Experience with both inbound (content, social media) and outbound (email, PPC) marketing techniques. Experience with LinkedIn ad campaigns. - Proficient in marketing platform HubSpot. Comfortable managing email marketing campaigns and using automation tools to streamline processes. - Strong interpersonal skills and experience working with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and external agencies. Ability to coordinate marketing efforts and align them with broader business objectives. - Ability to manage multiple projects at once, meeting deadlines while maintaining high attention to detail. Strong project management skills are essential. - Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift. Ability to pivot strategies based on market conditions or changing business needs. - You should be someone who thrives on taking initiative and getting things done, even if it means rolling up your sleeves for tasks outside your usual scope.
Nice to haves
In addition to the above it would be advantageous for candidates to have some knowledge of the following:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. - Certifications in marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Pardot, Marketo). - Google Analytics and Google Ads certifications. - Experience in the IT/Dev community. - Technical experience. - Bilingual. - Knowledge of SEO and experience optimizing content for search engines. - Experience planning and executing marketing events (webinars, trade shows, etc.). - Familiarity with multi-channel attribution models for tracking lead conversions.
