GVR Solutions, a leading main contractor in the Housing Association sector, is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join their team in East London / Essex. This exciting opportunity requires a professional with expertise in planned and reactive maintenance projects, framework and refurbishment contracts, and excellent health and safety skills.
As a key member of the team, the successful candidate will be responsible for implementing the company's Health and Safety policy, managing projects, keeping accurate records, developing themselves and others, complying with quality assurance procedures, liaising with customers, delegating, communicating efficiently, working in a confidential and professional manner, and managing time to achieve objectives.
The ideal candidate will possess:
* A minimum HNC or HND qualification or NVQ Level 6
* IT literacy including Word, Excel, and Email
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Good numeracy and analytical skills
* CSCS Black Card Holder
We offer a competitive salary range of £55,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package, including first aid qualifications and training opportunities.
