The Job This site is brand new and you’ll be involved in all aspects of getting the restaurant ready to trade. You’ll play an active part in the recruitment of a team of kitchen and front of house staff, ensure that all the team are trained and share the vision of the business to offer an outstanding experience and have some input into menu development. When ready to open, the site is yours on a day-to-day basis and you’ll set the tone with regards to service and standards, running seasonal promotions and measuring and monitoring all restaurant objectives. The Person You’ll be an accomplished Supervisor or Shift Manager with enough hospitality experience to get up and running and a desire to take on more responsibility.
