We specialise in sourcing and retailing decent kit for your campervan conversion; providing a fast and effective service with a mission to simplify the process and reduce the cost of building a campervan. Due to a current period of rapid growth, especially within our expanding European business, an excellent opportunity has now arisen within our warehousing and fulfilment team. Were looking for a team player with a can-do attitude who can quickly become an integral part of our small team helping to deliver and maintain our excellent reputation for a high standard of service. Duties will include: Picking and packing customer orders ready for dispatch with a focus on attention to detail and accuracy. Maintaining good stock control through monthly stock checks. Strictly follow all Health and Safety requirements regarding personal safety and the operation of equipment and machinery. Liaising with supervisors on a regular basis about improvements to processes and issue resolution. Ensuring that orders are dispatched on the correct carrier/postage rates utilising packaging and cost. Moving stock around the warehouse including some heavy lifting. Assisting other team members when required to ensure the smooth running of the warehouse. Re-stocking packaging and ordering consumables. Maintaining a clean and tidy warehouse environment whilst contributing to the cleanliness and tidiness of the work area by promptly cleaning away rubbish, arranging materials neatly, and disposing of waste properly. Your role may be required to assist or cover for other roles within the company for which full support / training will be given. Your Skills: Previous work history within a similar environment is preferred but not essential. Be thorough, showing good attention to detail and demonstrating excellent interpersonal skills. Demonstrate a capability to work both independently and unsupervised but also collaboratively within a team environment when needed. Willingness to adapt to changing priorities. Demonstrate good time management. Clear and effective verbal communication skills to interact with colleagues in a warehouse and office setting. Basic Computer Literacy: Ability to carry out basic tasks on a computer or hand-held device. Proficiency in performing manual tasks efficiently, including lifting, carrying, stacking, and manoeuvring items safely. A good level of fitness. The position will require manual work on a daily basis.
