Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for delivering exceptional care and driving business growth? We are looking for a Group Registered Manager to oversee our Home Instead offices on the East side of our Midlands Enterprise Group, ensuring excellence in service delivery, compliance, and business expansion.
As a Group Registered Manager, you will:
* Lead and support Registered Managers to drive business growth and outstanding care.
* Ensure full regulatory compliance, striving for Outstanding ratings across all territories.
* Develop and implement strategic initiatives to increase client numbers and market share.
* Oversee care quality, risk assessments, and continuous improvement across the business.
* Inspire and develop high-performing teams, fostering a culture of excellence.
* Engage with local communities and stakeholders to enhance Home Instead’s presence.
* Monitor KPIs and business performance, ensuring efficiency and sustainable growth.
Qualifications
You’ll be a motivational leader with a strong track record in care management and business development.
You will have:
✔ Extensive experience in the domiciliary care sector.
✔ Proven ability to lead, manage, and develop teams.
✔ Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and a commitment to compliance and quality.
✔ A passion for growing services while maintaining high care standards.
✔ Excellent communication and influencing skills.
✔ A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards it).
✔ A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
