Job Description
* Manage debtor accounts and ensure timely payments
* Maintain accurate records and prepare reports
* Handle queries regarding invoices and payments
* Perform credit checks for new clients
* Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies
* Collaborate with the sales team to manage credit issues
* Review and implement credit policies and procedures
* Ensure all transactions comply with legal requirements
The Successful Applicant
A successful Credit Controller should have:
* Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office
* Strong understanding of credit control procedures
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
