As the Contract Manager in Felixstowe, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing all aspects of our catering operations across two units on-site. Your responsibilities include managing client and contractual relationships in a commercial manner, ensuring compliance with company policies, while driving foodservice solutions that exceed customer expectations. Your leadership, organizational skills, and culinary expertise will be crucial in delivering exceptional experiences to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the on site Culinary team of 15
* Completing weekly book work & reports
* Lead and drive the strategy for growth and retention of new and existing business.
* Communicate strategies to the team and implement improvements to maximize performance and customer satisfaction.
* Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
* Manage labor costs above budget to the client through established policies.
