As part of this expansion, they are looking to add an IT Project Manager to their team to support the development of the IT function within the business. This role is essential in managing IT projects and business change initiatives, ensuring seamless integration between technology and operations. The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to implement best practices, enhance efficiency, and drive continuous improvement across the organisation. Key Responsibilities: Analyse Business Processes & Requirements: Evaluate current workflows, systems, and operational challenges to identify areas for improvement and ensure IT solutions align with business needs. Manage IT Projects from Initiation to Completion: Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring objectives are met within scope, budget, and timeline while maintaining high-quality standards. Identify & Implement IT Solutions: Work with stakeholders to select and integrate business systems that improve efficiency, reduce waste, and streamline operations. Ensure Strong Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the key liaison between IT and business teams, ensuring clear communication, understanding of business priorities, and alignment of IT initiatives with company goals. Drive Continuous Improvement: Support ongoing IT and operational improvements by identifying opportunities Support IT Change Management: Lead teams through system upgrades and software rollouts. Key Requirements: Essential: Significant experience in IT project management or business analysis. Strong background in business requirements gathering, system selection, and IT implementations. Proven ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration. Hands-on, solution-focused approach to problem-solving and project delivery. Desirable: Degree in IT, Business, or a related field. Experience with ERP systems, system integration, or business applications. PRINCE2, PMP, or Lean/Project Management certification.
