How will you contribute to the team?
1. Develop and implement new document control procedures as necessary for area of responsibility.
2. Perform quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) reviews of the Microsoft Word and Excel files used in production of deliverables.
3. Review and validate data stored in Data Management System and Asset Management System software programs.
4. Analyze, validate, and update data exported to Excel spreadsheets from Data Management System and Asset Management System software programs.
5. Coordinate document production.
6. Maintain document control system in area of responsibility.
7. May perform such other duties as the Supervisor may from time to time deem necessary.
Complexity: Moderately complex, relatively standardized tasks, processes, or operations.
Decision-making: Consistently uses independent judgment and initiative in responding to questions/requests from assessors. Acts at own discretion within delegated authority.
What will you contribute?
1. Bachelor's degree plus minimum two years of diversified business experience in positions with administrative, clerical, and advanced filing or document control duties. Without a degree, requires ten years' experience in progressively responsible administrative work. MLS preferred.
2. Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills required. Ability to deal effectively and harmoniously with people at all levels of the organization.
3. Possess the knowledge and ability to effectively conduct different types of audits in a professional, ethical, and objective manner using and interpreting applicable standards/requirements.
4. Ability to verify, document and communicate audit results, develop an audit report, and evaluate the effectiveness of a corrective action/follow-up.
5. Strong process and analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and determine course of action.
6. Strong ability to interact collaboratively with team members and clients.
7. Good organizational and time management skills with ability to perform under pressure and to adjust to changing priorities.
8. Strong networking, interpersonal, teamwork, and collaboration skills required.
9. Requires strong PC skills and ability to work in Microsoft Office applications (including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, and Project).
10. Strong knowledge of materials management systems preferred.
11. Preferred experience with creating deliverables for comprehensive and high-quality condition assessment and due diligence engineering evaluations of varying building types throughout the U.S.
12. Preferred experience using and/or supporting Enterprise Asset Management software.
13. Fundamental knowledge of basic facility and property systems analysis, e.g., evaluating architectural, structural, civil, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to determine condition, remaining useful life, and required expenditures and remedial measures.

Expected compensation range is between $60,000 - $65,000 annually depending on skills, experience, and geographical location.
Upon acceptance of an offer, all candidates must go through a drug screen test and background check. AtkinsRéalis is a federal contractor which mandates a satisfactory background screening report and drug test that supersedes state laws.
