Therefore, we require a hard-working, open-minded, passionate & humble individual within the role of Academy Scouting and Recruitment Lead (Youth Development Phase). The purpose of the role will be to work in collaboration with the Head of Academy Recruitment & Lead Phase Coach to develop and execute the recruitment strategy for the Youth Development Phase, ensuring alignment across the team. Lead the internal Multi-Disciplinary (MDT) trial meetings to assess players' performances, with input from coaches, medical staff, education and other relevant stakeholders. Play a major role in the decision-making process of trial players.
