You will be responsible for managing the company’s accounting functions and improving logistics operations as we expand into European and global markets. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys working in a dynamic environment and wants to take ownership of accounting and logistics processes. Key Responsibilities As an Accountant & Logistics Assistant, your duties will include: Accounting & Finance Maintaining company accounts using Sage Line 50 Generating financial reports as required by sales and management teams Processing invoices, purchase orders, and managing payments Assisting with end-of-year financial reporting and audits Logistics & Stock Management Overseeing import orders and shipments Managing stock control and ensuring accurate inventory tracking Coordinating with third-party storage and distribution partners Systemising and streamlining logistics administration Preparing purchase orders based on sales projections General Office Support Assisting management with additional administrative tasks as needed The Company Kohlico Brands is a family-owned importer and distributor based in Stanmore, Middlesex. The Ideal Candidate We are looking for a motivated individual with the following qualifications and skills: Accounting Qualification: Bachelor's Degree (preferred) or equivalent accounting certification Software Proficiency: Sage Line 50 experience is essential Work Experience: Minimum 2 years in an accounting/logistics role Industry Knowledge: Experience in FMCG/import & export operations is a plus Work Authorization: Must have the right to work in the UK Attention to Detail: Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Why Join Us?
