The Role
As an Associate / Associate Director - Property Management Surveyor, you will take the lead in managing commercial assets, developing client relationships, and mentoring junior colleagues.
Key Responsibilities:
* Portfolio Management - Oversee a diverse range of commercial properties, ensuring best-in-class service delivery.
* Client & Stakeholder Engagement - Build strong relationships with tenants, landlords, and investors.
* Service Charge & Budgeting - Manage service charge budgets, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
* Team Leadership - Support and mentor junior surveyors, contributing to a high-performing team.
* Strategic Business Growth - Identify new opportunities and play a role in expanding the firm's portfolio.
What We're Looking For
* Experienced Chartered Surveyor - MRICS-qualified with at least 10 years' experience in commercial property management.
* Proven Track Record - Strong background in managing commercial assets and delivering exceptional client service.
* Leadership & Mentorship - Experience in supporting and guiding junior staff.
* Commercial Acumen - Ability to contribute to business development and client growth.
* Excellent Communication Skills - Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management abilities.
