Office and Events Manager / City of London / Permanent
My client, a leading financial services organisation based within the city, are currently looking for an Office and Events Manager to join the team on a permanent basis to assist with the smooth running of events within their offices. Act as the main point of contact for all events within the business
Manage large scale networking events, supervise the invites, RSVP’s, catering, décor, budgets and speakers
Responsible for arranging the internal Christmas party
Assist with booking meeting rooms for small-scale events
Assist with general office administration
5+ years’ experience in an events-based role
~ Confident organising and hosting large-scale networking events
~ Previous experience working for a corporate organisation a bonus
