Responsibilities Include:
Driving sales, P&L responsibilities, stock taking, recruitment, and running a large team are just a few of the responsibilities.
As a General Manager, you will:
* Be a friendly, personable, and confident individual with a committed work ethic and a passion for portraying the fun, household brand we’ve grown to be.
* Be responsible for the smooth and professional operation of your location, ensuring that all tasks associated with the daily running of the restaurant are always carried out to a high standard.
* Develop your team with the aim of establishing a solid reputation for great food and service within the city.
* Organise rotas, maintain stock control, handle cash, monitor standards and pace of service to drive sales, manage staff, and conduct appraisals.
* Fulfil daily duties and tasks, ensuring Supervisors and Front of House staff are briefed and prepared.
* Receive full training and have the support of an Assistant Manager to make your store the best it can be.
* Possess amazing communication skills and experience mentoring and developing your team.
* Enjoy training and developing people to achieve their best work while on shift.
* Have strong commercial awareness, with financial accountability experience across restaurant operations.
* Exhibit passion and ambition, with plenty of experience working in hospitality.

* 8-10 hour shifts
* Day shifts
* Night shifts
* Weekends
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
