Role Overview:
We are currently seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) for a rewarding position with our client in Long Eaton. You’ll be responsible for supporting individuals with mental health conditions, working to improve their emotional well-being, and ensuring the highest standard of care.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct detailed mental health assessments, develop individualized care plans, and monitor patient progress.
* Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring patients are responding effectively.
* Provide one-on-one therapy and counseling to help patients manage their mental health.
* Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and occupational therapists.

* Ensure compliance with mental health legislation and organizational standards.
Requirements:
* Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) qualification with active NMC registration.
* Strong clinical understanding of mental health disorders and treatments.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for patient interaction and teamwork.
* Ability to handle high-pressure situations and make informed decisions swiftly.
