Working 4 days on, 4 days off from 7.30am - 5.30pm.

We are seeking a skilled chef with a passion for service and leadership of your team, someone to set high standards and foster a positive kitchen culture.
1. Lead and inspire a team of chefs and kitchen staff to consistently achieve excellence in food preparation and service.
2. Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring smooth, efficient service from prep through to plating.
3. Manage health and safety regulations.
4. Maintain a clean, organized kitchen environment.
5. Manage inventory, ordering, and waste control to maximize kitchen efficiency and minimize costs.
6. Manage kitchen staff rotas.
