We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed Project Support Officer to support Children’s Services on their journey of transformation and service improvement. This team is responsible for driving income generation and cost savings, pivotal in realizing service outcomes.
The Project Support Officer will work within the Children’s Services service improvement and efficiency team, committed to delivering a key council Programme within the transformation portfolio that supports effective and sustainable change.
This post is responsible for the development and day-to-day execution of the Children’s transformation and improvement programme plan, celebrating successful outcomes and swiftly reacting to concerns that may risk the achievement of the programme. You will be a highly motivated, forward-thinking, and systemically minded individual who thrives in a stimulating, high-pressured, and strongly supported environment.
You will support the Children’s Services Service Improvement and Efficiency Manager with oversight responsibility of quality transformation and improvement projects to deliver key benefits.
