Role Description
This is a part or full-time remote role for an Account Manager/Graphic Designer at Belfast Print Online. The role involves day-to-day tasks such as managing customer accounts, creating graphic designs for promotional items and printing needs, and overseeing the full print process from consultation, quoting to delivery. The role also includes sourcing bespoke solutions for merchandise and printing methods.
Qualifications
* Graphic design skills for promotional items and printing needs
* Build strong relationships to drive repeat business and maintain client satisfaction.
* Experience in sourcing bespoke solutions for merchandise and printing methods
* Knowledge of print processes from consultation to delivery
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite
* Ability to work independently and remotely
* Experience in the printing or design industry is a must
* Work closely with our suppliers in prepress, production, and logistics to ensure smooth operations.
* Great telephone manner
* Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or related field
* Full UK driving license
