We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Family Solicitor to join their Maidenhead office. Key Responsibilities: Handling a broad range of family law matters including divorce, financial remedies, and children issues. Drafting and negotiating prenuptial and postnuptial agreements. Advising on cohabitation agreements and separation agreements. Managing complex cases involving high-value assets and international elements. Representing clients in court and conducting advocacy where appropriate. Providing compassionate and clear advice to clients, ensuring they are fully informed throughout the process. Developing strong working relationships with clients, colleagues, and other professionals. Contributing to the growth and development of the family law team. Participating in marketing and business development activities to promote the family law services of the firm. Utilising case management systems to manage workloads efficiently and effectively. Skills and Personal Qualities: The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate all or the majority of the following: Previous experience in a family law practice. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage a varied caseload. Strong advocacy and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Empathy and the ability to build strong client relationships. Proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Experience with marketing and business development. Commitment to professional development and staying updated on legal developments. Experience with billing, administration processes, compliance, and risk management. Proficiency in using legal databases and case management software.
