Description
We are seeking a Senior PMO to drive a high-impact organisational change program, overseeing the introduction of new Business Units. This is a fast-paced role requiring a results-driven leader who can establish a robust PMO governance framework, hold stakeholders accountable, and ensure the seamless execution of strategic plans.
Must have manufacturing experience within a factory setting - preferable Aero/Automotive Industry
Key Responsibilities
1. Project Planning & Execution:
Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans to introduce new Business Units.
Align project deliverables with organisational goals, ensuring efficiency and business continuity.
2. Capacity Planning & Workforce Alignment:
Assist in developing capacity plans to support the new organisational structure.
Work alongside HR to manage communication strategies for employees and unions, ensuring transparency and engagement.
3. Financial Oversight & Cost Management:
Support the finance team in identifying cost implications and savings opportunities related to the implementation of new Business Units.
Provide financial reporting and tracking to maintain cost control throughout the transformation.
4. Governance & Accountability:
Implement a clear PMO governance policy to drive accountability across stakeholders.
Ensure timely delivery of key milestones through proactive issue resolution and risk management.
5. Performance & Efficiency Management:
Once the new Org Structure is established, ensure each Business Unit has clear project plans to drive efficiencies.
Introduce visual management tools to track progress and performance.
Profile
Proven experience in a Senior PMO or Programme Management role, preferably within an organisational change or transformation setting.
Strong background in governance, stakeholder management, and holding teams accountable for delivery.
Experience in capacity planning, HR collaboration, and financial cost recognition within change programs.
Ability to drive efficiencies through structured project plans and visual management techniques.
A fast starter with a bias for action, able to cut through complexity and execute with urgency.
Exceptional communication, leadership, and influencing skills, particularly when working with senior stakeholders, employees, and unions.
Job Offer
