As Team Lead, alongside a Band 7 OTyou willbe managing ateam of Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy colleagues, along withand Apprentice Physio and Therapy Technicians
You will be workingwith the surgical and nursing teams to embed Therapies in all aspects of surgical care, fully optimisingtimelycareandpatient flow. You will be part of the patient pathway fromhigh carethrough to discharge

We are looking for a Physiotherapist who isalready askilled clinician withpreviousrelatedsurgical care experience.Youwill be naturally empathetic,demonstratinggoodcommunicationskills tofacilitateclose working relationships with both service users and staff.
Youwill need to be creative and flexible to meet the changing needs of the caseload and service.
You willdemonstrateleadershipqualitiesand take an active interest intheteaching and development of others.
Youwill manageyourown caseload,alongside overseeing the workload of the other team members
There will be a commitment to 1:4 weekend working + 2 bank holiday throughout a year. There is also a requirement to contribute to the Respiratory on-call rota.
