The Q&H Technician will support the Quality Department functions through internal audits, third-party audit support, and compliance management. Key tasks include handling customer complaints, returns, and enquiries, locating retained samples for investigation and re-testing, working with all departments to assist in the maintenance of the product safety and quality management system, and assisting with documentation and monthly stock takes.
Internal auditing on Quality, Health & Safety and environmental systems.
Logging and investigation of customer complaints and arranging collections where required.
Dealing with customer returns in a timely manner to enable complaints to be closed in a timely manner and ensuring any non-conforming product is controlled according to the requirements of the standards.
Aid in monthly stock takes on 1st of every month
Proficient in Microsoft Office
· Preferable experience with ISO9001 and BRCGS Packaging Materials Global Standard
· Full Time, Permanent Role. Working Monday to Friday as core working hours.
