Key Details: Location: Swansea City Centre Salary: Up to £28,000 DOE Hours: 37.5 per week (Monday–Friday) – 4-day week option available (30 hours, Mon–Thu) Benefits: 24 days holiday bank holidays, pension contributions, stable and supportive work environment About the Role: In this role, you’ll play a key part in a friendly accounts team, handling: Purchase ledger processing – ensuring invoices are accurate and on time Supplier reconciliation – building strong supplier relationships Managing payment runs via BACS Handling invoice discrepancies & liaising with suppliers/site managers Supporting VAT, accruals, and monthly reporting What we're looking for: Proven experience as a Purchase Ledger Clerk or Accounts Assistant (construction/engineering sector experience is a plus) SAGE proficiency (or similar accounting software) Excellent attention to detail & organisational skills A confident self-starter who enjoys working within a close-knit team This is a brilliant opportunity to develop your skills, gain additional responsibilities, and be part of a respected company that values its people
