Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with leadership teams to understand business goals and provide strategic HR solutions that drive the logistics division's performance.
* Lead talent management initiatives, including performance reviews, succession planning, and leadership development, ensuring we have the right talent to succeed.
* Develop and implement recruitment strategies to address critical skill gaps within JD.com's logistics operations.
* Oversee employee relations efforts, fostering a positive and productive work environment while managing any performance-related issues.

Skills & Qualifications:
* Experience: 5-10 years of HRBP experience, with a strong background in logistics or supply chain operations.
* Language: Fluency in English and Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) is mandatory for this role.
* Industry Knowledge: Significant experience in the logistics or supply chain industry, with a deep understanding of the unique challenges and talent needs in this sector.
* HR Expertise: Demonstrated expertise in performance management, organizational development, talent management, and employee relations.
* Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate and build relationships at all levels of the organization.
