SUPPORT ANALYST
Salary: £36,000 Per Annum

Our client is seeking a Support Analyst to join their team in Bedfordshire. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering timely, accurate, and insightful data and management information (MI) products and services, supporting the business in achieving industry KPIs.
What you'll do:
You will play a crucial role in providing analysis and MI to both internal and external stakeholders. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
1. Preparing and delivering scheduled and ad-hoc reports to internal and external stakeholders to support decision-making.
2. Developing solutions to enhance the delivery and consistency of data and management information (MI).
3. Reviewing and auditing data for accuracy, identifying and addressing issues as needed.
4. Responding to ad-hoc data requests from various departments across the business.
5. Providing input and support in the development, testing, and implementation of new or enhanced reporting systems.
6. Supporting other team members within the Decision Support Team.
7. Performing any other duties as assigned by the line manager.
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for this Support Analyst position brings strong business partnering skills along with proficiency in SQL or similar programming languages. Knowledge of Tableau and Salesforce would be advantageous. You should possess strong analytical skills that allow you to address a wide range of commercial issues. Excellent planning, coordination, and organizational skills are essential for meeting challenging deadlines. Good communication skills are required as you'll be working across all levels of an organization. Being a team player with a can-do attitude is crucial along with advanced Excel skills.

7. Team player with a can-do attitude and excellent attention to detail.
8. Advanced Excel skills, including experience with pivot tables, macros, and functions such as VLOOKUPS, INDEX, MATCH, COUNTIF, and IF.
