Job Title: Service Desk Engineer

Job Description: The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Microsoft technologies and experience working within an MSP environment. This role is crucial in providing exceptional technical support and ensuring the smooth operation of clients’ IT systems. The role is full time, working hybrid with 2/3 day in the office per week.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and remote access.
* Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
* Manage and prioritise support tickets to ensure timely resolution.
* Maintain accurate documentation of support activities and client interactions.
* Collaborate with other team members to escalate and resolve complex issues.
* Assist in the deployment and configuration of new hardware and software.
* Conduct regular system maintenance and updates.
Key Requirements:
* Proven experience working in a similar role within an MSP environment.
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft technologies, including Windows Server, Office 365, and Active Directory.
* Ideally, certified in MD-102 and/or AZ-104.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
