Then this is the role for you! We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Administrator who can commit to a full time, temp 2-perm role at an Engineering company based in Rugby. This is an office-based role where you receive inbound calls from customers, engineers, suppliers and more.
It is a fast-paced role and the perfect person would have experience ordering parts, export knowledge and servicing within an engineering company.
Its Monday - Friday and strictly office based (hybrid does not work for this company).
So what would I be doing?
Processing incoming orders into the system
Diary management- such as booking out engineers
Responding to emails
Speaking to customers
Some accounts duties
General Customer Service
Answering incoming phone callsBut what do I get?
