The Graphics Team Leader will assist the Customer and Communications Manager. They will motivate staff, handle administrative duties, and perform human resource tasks, such as recruiting and assessing staff performance. You'll: produce all levels of graphics work required for our customer and client to the relevant templates and brand guidelines (supplied) to all regulations and contractual obligations Manage the Graphics department by motivating staff, handle administrative duties, and perform human resource tasks, such as recruiting and assessing staff performance. Manage the responses received from Customer Service and Assurance Manager and Communications Manager from the ServExcel Customer Experience Survey and produce action plan. Manage compliments and complaints raised via the Northwood Helpdesk for the Graphics Team Support the development of business wide initiatives including contract renewal strategy, contract management plans and customer improvement plans. Develop maximum profitable growth of the business through understanding client needs and maximizing the services delivered and championing excellent customer care. Ensure compliance with all statutory, IMS, security and relevant company and client policies generating a true health and safety culture and ensuring the implementation and adoption of safe working systems and practices for the services delivered. Ensure that a Continuous Improvement Process is an integral part of service delivery increasingly adding value to both the business and the client. Promote and maintain the Skanska Values. Undertake training and Cover when required for the Team Northwood Photographer Undertake any other reasonable tasks that may arise from time to time as required.
