Our client is a fast-growing specialist health insurance business which, since 1994, has been delivering first class medical insurance and a personalised service to its members across the UK.

Role Overview
The role of Claims Consultant, reporting to the Member & Employee Services Manager, is to deliver high quality service to our customers.
Your Duties Include:
1. Assisting the department to achieve its new business and retention targets by providing customer service excellence.
2. Performing claims processes competently, accurately, professionally, time efficiently and with attention to detail in all areas.
3. Providing professional and friendly telephone-based assessments and authorisation of claims.
4. Providing written confirmation of claims assessments and decisions.
5. Dealing with invoice payment queries.
6. Following the correct compliance and processes procedures.
Candidate Requirements:
We are looking for a candidate with customer service / claims handling experience, great listening skills, strong communication skills, able to build rapport and relationships, proactive with good IT skills.
Compensation and Benefits:
Your package is £25k, office-based role Mon to Fri 9am to 5pm (1h break), 23 days holidays, plus 8 bank holidays, training, development, pension, dental care, medical insurance, bonus, and great offices and team.
