Your role in our mission

As an Account Manager at crdone, you’ll be the trusted face of our agency for a portfolio of exciting clients. You’ll help shape and deliver digital marketing strategies, manage SEO and PPC campaigns, and coordinate web projects — all while keeping communication clear and expectations aligned. You’ll be central to driving performance, improving processes, and supporting the continued growth of our agency without losing the personal touch we’re known for.

Digital Account Manager
* Location: Bedford Heights (hybrid working)
* Terms: Permanent 37.5 hours per week
* Salary/rates: Up to £30k depending on experience and/or cultural fit
Here’s a sneak preview of what you’ll be getting stuck into:
* Managing a portfolio of clients
* Delivering SEO and PPC campaigns
* Support managing web projects
* Monitoring campaigns to drive the performance of client campaigns
* Reporting on performance both internally and to end clients.
* Management of client accounts and service lines
* Developing our offering and processes
* Proactively spotting opportunities for improvement across campaigns and business functions.
* Support in new business development activities, such as identifying and pursuing potential clients and contributing to proposal development.
Sound good so far? So, here are our top "must-haves":
* Minimum of 2 years experience in a marketing role (preferably at an agency)
* Experience in Google Docs or Microsoft Office
* Experience in managing relationships and client accounts
* Experience in Facebook Business Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics and Google Search Console
* Experience in WordPress
* Experience in the following are non-essential (but a bonus for us!): Digital marketing strategy, project management software, Google Tag Manager
* Willingness to learn
